I provide counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and families who want to solve issues, heal wounds, or grow in certain areas in their lives.

Methods & Approaches
Currently, all counselling services are made via video platforms (Zoom). It is usually based on one-to-one relationship sessions working towards the agreed goals once a week or biweekly.
Usually, after five sessions, we evaluate the progress and decide whether to terminate or continue the sessions.
My approaches are eclectic and integrative, using diverse methods dependent on the issues and the clients.

Confidentiality
All contents of psychotherapy are kept confidential, with the following exceptions.
- Risk of harming oneself or others
- Child Abuse or Elder Abuse
- Subpoenaed
Counselling Hours
MON - FRI: 9 AM - 6 PM
Evenings or Weekends could be specially arranged.

Please note a minimum of twenty-four business hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Otherwise, you will be charged in full for the session.
Fees
Individual Counselling: $200 (50 minutes)
Couple/Family Counselling: $360 (90 minutes)
All fees are due before the time of service—payments are accepted by email transfer.
Insurance
Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) does not cover the fee for psychotherapy services. However, your extended benefit may cover the psychotherapy service. Please consult your insurance company regarding this.
